Registration for the AFRINIC-29 Meeting is open and we would like to extend a warm invitation to all of you.

Now on its twenty-ninth edition, the AFRINIC Meeting is a multi-stakeholder ICT conference which brings together Africa's ICT technical and business community to discuss regional and global ICT issues and challenges. The Meeting consists of workshops, tutorials, conference sessions and social events.

AFRINIC-29 is taking place in beautiful Hammamet in Tunisia from 26 to 30 November 2018.

You can register here. Upon registration, you shall be automatically subscribed to our mailing lists where we shall keep you updated with the latest news on the Meeting.

Anyone who has an interest in IP address management and policy development, Internet governance and Internet development in Africa can attend. Each year we welcome attendees from all over Africa and beyond from many different sectors, including technical organisations, government institutions, academia, public and private sectors, technical, and civil society. You do not need to be an AFRINIC Member to attend.

If you require a visa to travel to Tunisia, please contact your nearest local embassy as soon as possible to ensure that your visa(s) are processed on time. An invitation letter to support your visa will be provided for you once you have registered for the meeting.

A Newcomers' Team will welcome you to the event and help you find your feet. They'll help you navigate the agenda, point out key people in the community, explain to you how the policy development process works and answer any other questions about the event you may have.

Remote participation will also be facilitated and highly encouraged. Just because you are not in the meeting room does not mean that you can't share your opinion.

You can follow us on our dedicated AFRINIC-29 mobile app ((bit.ly/meeting-app-afrinic, for Apple users), (bit.ly/meeting-app-google, for Android users) and social media platforms. Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/afrinic) and Twitter (http://twitter.com/afrinic). We are using the hashtags #AFRINIC29

Finally, we've put together a list of FAQs about the meeting to answer any queries about the event that you may have.
