Studying connectivity latency in the African region

Revealing latency clusters in Africa.

In this study, we ask a simple question:

  1. What is the inter-country delay in Africa, and how is this impacted by topology and interconnection strategies?
  2. Our long term goal is to exploit this understanding for informing future protocol and application developments in the region.
